چکیده
Abstract Bladder cancer is the most common neoplasm of urinary system, and urothelial carcinoma histological type bladder (approximately 90%), represents invasion basement membrane or lamina propria by cells. Most people with have hematuria doctor should be consulted as soon possible a specialist scheduled to examine camera - cystoscopy. The present study retrospective that includes 174 patients from Urology Clinic „Sfantul Apostol Andrei” County Emergency Clinical Hospital in Constanta period 2016-2020. In study, were divided into 2 groups. first group an anatomopathologically confirmed diagnosis carcinoma, while second, control group, contains without carcinoma. This analyzes metabolic disorders associated cancer. There highly statistically significant association between confirms tract infection due presence blood urine, being environment for development bacterial cultures. A observed hemoglobin developing anemia episodes caused tumors.

MicroRNAs as biomarkers associated with bladder cancer
Bladder cancer is the fifth most common cancer with significant morbidity and mortality. Recently, numerous studies demonstrated that microRNAs are emerging as diagnostic biomarkers for bladder cancer. Specific miRNA profiles have been identified for several samples from patients with bladder cancer. MicroRNAs are noncoding RNA molecules of approximately 23 nucleotides that play important roles...

متن کاملRs401681 polymorphism in TERT-CLPTM1L was associated with bladder cancer risk: A meta-analysis
Objective(s):Genome-wide association studies have identified a number of genetic variants of telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT), cleft lip and palate transmembrane1-like (CLPTM1L) associated with the risk of bladder cancer. Rs401681 polymorphism in TERT-CLPTM1L was of special interest for bladder cancer risk, whereas the results were inconclusive. Materials and Methods:Publications illustr...

متن کاملDietary factors associated with bladder cancer
It is biologically plausible for dietary factors to influence bladder cancer risk considering that beneficial as well as harmful components of a diet are excreted through the urinary tract and in direct contact with the epithelium of the bladder. However, studies that investigated the association between dietary factors and bladder cancer (BC) risk have largely reported inconsistent results. Th...
